Whether you would like to schedule an appointment immediately or if you have any questions or concerns about starting therapy, we are here and available. With the convenience of online therapy, we offer a secure and confidential way to attend therapy that fits your schedule. We offer early morning, afternoon, and evening appointments either in-person or phone/video call. We offer the flexibility of contacting your therapist through text, phone or email in order to make this process smooth and simple. Whether you work a full-time job or you are a college student, we are confident that we will find a time that works for you.

Therapy for Each Individual

We offer therapy and counseling services for adults and adolescents that struggle with general and social anxiety, depression, grief, pre and post marital obstacles, and men’s issues. We also provide services for individuals that are interested in self-exploration or establishing life goals. If you are unsure where you “fit in”, do not worry.
